Renovation of a 1890s Colonial on 12-rolling and wooded acres with antique barn, pool and hand-built stone walls made exclusively from stones found on the property. Home was modernized with new Marvin® windows, electric and plumbing systems, insulation, HVAC, a custom driveway gate, reclaimed wood flooring, restored fireplaces, cedar platform decks and a wifi irrigation system.

Stone walls and gardens were designed to showcase the reclaimed landscape and were meticulously planted with perennials, a small fruit orchard and evergreens to provide splendor in all seasons. The addition of custom pool house/gym with landscaping completes this country property.
