1700s Stone Granary

Rescue and rehabilitation of a 1700s stone granary, a contributing building to a 1770s landmarked stone home. Originally built to store animal feed, this neglected structure was overrun with weeds, poison ivy and invasive species. Rebuilding the crumbling stone retaining walls, constructing a large cedar dining deck over the remaining feeding partitions, and adding landscaping and lighting transformed this structure into a unique outdoor dining pavilion with pond views.
